Loop plot graph on top image and save as movie

I have written code that splits a video into a multipaged tiff and then preforms some analysis on each frame consecutively. I get information of the fitted ellipse on the images (a falling water drop) and save it to an array.

I am now trying to get the code to plot the ellipse on top of the image and then save it as either a multipaged tiff or an animation or even better a movie. Any help would be great.
