how to plot 3D graph

i used imfindcircle to detect the circle and the result show me the centers of detected circles with it radius. By using the centers and radius of those detected circles,how to plot a 3D graph.I try use manually but it really take time because the data is so many.

Is it a 2D array (grayscale image) that you are finding the circles for?

What would you like the 3D plot to look like? Is the third dimension the color plane? Do you have a sample of what you would like the result to look like?
