Plot dates when moving average change >=|.01|

Hi Everyone,

I have a plot that contains dates on the x axis and stock prices on the y axis. I also have the moving average on this graph. I have a variable that contains dates in column 1 and the change in moving average, as a decimal, in column two.

I would like to have a circle appear on the closing price line when the absolute value of the change in the moving average is greater than or equal to .01. If anyone could please advise I would greatly appreciate it!
