Dear All, the tool box "PLS-Genetic Algorithm" available available here http://www.models.life.ku.dk/GAPLS. The problem is that i want to run to run this tool box but dont know how to do that? I have my own hyperspectral data on which i want to run this tool box. the code mentions "dataset", what changes do i make so that I can run it on my own data to check results. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

According to the manual,
The data set must be a o,x+1 matrix, in which each line is an object, the columns 1:x are the X variables and the last column is the Y variable.

You could be right, but that is not how I interpret the manual. I would need to experiment with a dataset -- do you have a test dataset of reasonable size you could attach?

Hi Walter, I am exploring the code, but I keep having this issue.
Although, I am usng a non-HSI data but just starting with the GAPLSOPT is throwith this error:
"Error in gaplsopt (line 24)
randomiz"
What can I do? I guess I am doingn something wrong.
