Matlab font changes in GUI between 2 computers with same version of Matlab

I would like to know how can I check Matlab's default font for GUI content (static text for example).

The issue is that when using my script on 2 different computers (with both Matlab 2014a installed), the font size and font are different. I made sure the parameters in Matlab preferences under "fonts" are identical so I don't know what could be the issue.

Are they the same operating system? If so are they different versions of Linux?
