how to write data from Simulink model to the SCRAMNet cards in a Windows operation system?

As shown in the following figure, I plan to transfer data (calculated in Simulink) from a windows operation system to a real-time Xpc Target system by using SCRAMNet cards. But the data in Simulink cannot be written into the SCRAMNet card installed in the computer with windows operation system, since the third party scgt blocks provided by SCRAMNet cards are used to transfer data in Xpc Target.
