how to use sweep?

I am using simulink from last couple of weeks. In simulink i want to use my model for continuous increment in input of some variable. I heard that we can use Sweep function for doing that continuous loop operation. i don't know how to add that sweep function in simulink blocks.

can anyone please tell me answer for this with any example.
