fgoalattain - infinetismal change in variable values & result far from target

I'm trying to identify suitable parameters for a system with fgoalattain using the percent deviations of my objectives from their targets as goals.

The optimization fails as the max fun evaluations are exceeded. Acutally the values of the variables change infinetismally after 50/100 evals even though the goals are far from their targets. Change in finite differences (i.e., Perturbations), maxfunevals, max iterations, tolerances dint help. Eventhough the solver uses SQP, it voilates the constraints for couple of iterations.

Change in other optimset parameters have changed niether the variable values (or change in variable values) nor the result much.

Can someone help me out with this?
