Asynchrony data transmission between two matlab window in multicores computer

I want to do Asynchrony data transmission (in order to achieve real-time) But the only thing that I think of is to open two matlab window in multicores computer , and save little matrix and load to conduct data. Is there any way to directly transmit data between two workspace?

If you have the Parallel Computing Toolkit, use a single MATLAB session and spmd, sending the data between workers using labsend and labreceive
However, a lot of the time "asynchronous data transmission" is best achieved by setting callback functions on a serial or tcp or udp or daq object.

There are relative computing,so it is out of work. I found sharedmatrix can achieve the goal. But I still encounter error when installing.
The trick is to use a leather strap when you tie the ailerons together.
setting callback functions on a serial or tcp or udp or daq object? Can you tell the details? I am not familiar with them,3Q!
