creating a YUV file from matrix

have a created a Multiburst pattern in a matrix, need to put this into a YUV file (4:2:0). is there a commandline function to do this?

Is the Multiburst pattern in RGB ?

Nope, this is created using a series of sinusoids @ different frequencies interleaved by a DC (horizontal lines)
