Report generation in doc format using report generation TB

I am using report generation tool box to create a report. I am using 2008b matlab for this. From source code i can generate the report but after creating the setup it's not possible.I am getting below error.

"Fail to convert rpt file to doc format" but this is not coming if i compile from 2010b matlab version.

I feel it is mcr problem.

It is tough to say what caused this error, but you might want to try if this patch in R2008b fixes your problem:
