interfacing arduino with simulink

i am using matlab 2012a. i am try to test the led simulink model of arduino mega 2560 on arduino duemilanove board. i modified the connecting port but when i try to upload the model on board , then i got the error "realtime_make_rtw_hook"

even though when i run a code then it shows that the device is connected but the code cannot be uploaded please help me
