- A generated HDL test bench that you can run in an HDL simulator
- A generated HDL cosimulation model that allows you to run the HDL in an HDL simulator and keep the source and checker in Simulink
- An FPGA in the Loop model that runs your HDL code on the FPGA and keep the source and checker in Simulink

I am interested since what version of Simulink (Matlab) I could use HDL coder? Is the Filter Design HDL Coder for Matlab2009 the same as later HDL coder? Can I simulate the generated code in HDL Verifier? What size are this two apps and could I use them just with Simulink? as the whole MAtlab, f.e. 2012a is about 5Gb. Can I get the same or almost the same code from HDL conveter by Xilinx System generator and DSPBlockset?

Filter Design HDL Coder generates HDL code for filters. HDL Coder allows you to generate for a larger set of functionality including filters, from MATLAB and Simulink.
HDL Coder was released in R2006b. HDL Coder also allows you to verify the HDL code in three ways:

HDL Coder introduced the capability to generate HDL code from MATLAB in R2012a; perhaps this is what you are referencing. The tool was renamed from Simulink HDL Coder to HDL Coder at that time. As Bharath mentioned, Simulink HDL Coder has existed since R2006b.
You are asking a lot of very basic questions that can be answered by reading the documentation or even the mathworks.com marketing material. I suggest that you do some reading to get a better grasp on what the available tools are, and what they can and cannot do. When you have some more specific questions come on back and ask clarifying questions then.
