I got this code when I run it there is a waring in lines from 7-11 regarding scalar but I do not now where is the problem. So, please help if you can. the m file is attached.

For this line and the others, you probably want:

Thb=zeros(1,length+1);

I would also replace all the disp calls, such as:

disp(['mh of slice',num2str(i+1),'=',num2str(mh(i+1))])                 %%%

with fprintf calls:

fprintf('mh of slice %.0f = %.4f\n', (i+1), mh(i+1))

I did not run your code, but these changes should get you started.
