hello guys, i wish to find the only one less cost path to reach the destination node through neighbor nodes.

If you have the Image Processing Toolbox, you can use bwdistgeodesic. See Steve's blog: http://blogs.mathworks.com/steve/2011/11/01/exploring-shortest-paths-part-1/
