I have the MOSFET (Ideal, Switching) block model and I need to have a sum the total losses over a defined simulation period, as of now I do addition power_disppated (ohmic) and lastTurnOnLoss and lastTurnOffLoss and lastReverseRecoveryLoss...

Is it possible to have a total loss signal available during a simulation over a defined simulation period, where the pulse values at each pulse rising edge and how?

Best way is to try and compute total losses at post-process since all relevant data will be available in the simlog file. This can be done using a MATLAB script to sum the total losses over a defined simulation period, keeping in mind that you must sum the pulse values at each pulse rising edge.
