hi. i just concluded Simulink Onramp [100%], but it is still showing me 0% whenever i try viewing my progress or downloading my cert. pls what do i do?

What version of MATLAB did you use to complete Simulink Onramp?

There could be a mismatch between the version of the course you completed and the current settings of Simulink Onramp for the certificate. Just note that, since that answer was published, MathWorks has changed how courses are versioned. It appears that if you completed the course using R2024a, you will need to change your version setting for your progress to appear on the certificate.
