why do I receiving MATLAB licensing error 5013

why do I receiving MATLAB licensing error 5013. it is giving an error during communication with services required to run the MATLAB.

Exactly at what point after launching MATLAB do you see this error? Immediately upon trying to launch? Or was it when you were trying to run some code of yours? Or while you were doing something else, like interacting with built-in tools on the toolbar or command window?
