Three-Phase 3-Level Inverter with GaN

I'd like to modify the 'simscapeelectricalsps/SwitchingLossCalculationExample'

to be used the GaN devices instead of IGBTs

please advice how to do so... should I use the MOSFET from Simscape / Electrical / Specialized Power Systems / Power Electronics ...

In simscape electrical you can use the N-Channel MOSFET block to model GaN devices: https://mathworks.com/help/sps/ref/nchannelmosfet.html

This block provides the ability to import SPICE data as well using ee.spice.semiconductorSubcircuit2lookup.
