Solution. Probelm Resolved

If the downloaded intstaller does not comilate and complete the offline installation the ISO DVD can be utilized.

There are 2 different methods for obtaining the offline files for MATLAB installation, either by using the online installer on an internet connected machine to download the installation files, or by downloading the DVD images from www.mathworks.com/downloadsOn that page, select the release you will want to use on the left drop down menu, then on the right drop down, select "Get ISOs and DMGs" and the option to download the ISO or DVD images will be available.

Most probably this was caused due to an unstable internet connection. Please try again to make sure it was due network interruption or not. Please leverage the following documentations:
