Segmentation of aneurysms from 3D TOF-MRA

ACTUALLY I AM TRYING TO SEGMENT ANEURYSMS FROM 3d tof-mra,my aim is to use local features so i have tried to use hessian based frangi filter .but getting some issues can anyone suggest me?

Actually my input image is already preprocessed using n4 bias field algorithm
