cmosfet wrong current answer in a special voltage

i want to get a voltage of input_output image.i find in 1.8 v of Vge current is wrong.

The increased resistance('r') of the order 100Ω can create a feedback path that may cause instability in the circuit, potentially affecting the performance and reliability of the device.

To address this issue, consider the following workarounds:

• Lower Drain Resistance(100Ω) to reduce the feedback effect and improve circuit stability
• Bypass Capacitor to counteract the RC time constant effects introduced by the resistance and capacitance in the circuit.
