Hi There, I am currently attenoting to simulate a Low Pass Active filter. It should be connected to a three phase source "Grid Network 10kV" However, I am struggling to connect it and do not know what blocks or method is required to connect this? I have attached a img of what the setup looks like.
Appreciate any support.

From what I understand, you are attempting to connect a low-pass filter to a 10kV system but are unsure about the connection process. I would like to propose a possible solution for this. There are two key aspects to consider.
Case-1: If you want to filter out unwanted high frequency components from the power network:
Looking at your model, it seems that you are using an “op-amp” to realise a low-pass filter. But from the practical point of view, “op-amp” are only meant to handle small range of input voltage (+15 to -15 v). In order to filter the power signal of 10kV, I would recommend using L-C-L filter. This is shown in the below figure. You need to carefully design the filter, as it has a resonant frequency. If you are using a control loop, it may become unstable if the filter is not designed properly.
Case-2: If you want to remove the unwanted high frequency signal only from the measurement:
If you want to use “op-amp” for measurement purposes, I will suggest to first step-down the voltage to 10v using step-down transformer and then pass it to the op-amp as shown in the below figures. (Through this approach, you can measure stepped down line-line voltages).
Note: when you are trying to connect the blocks from “Simscape” library to Simulink library, use “PS-Simulink converter” and “Simulink-PS converter”.
Refer to the below Mathworks documentation links :
You can also refer to the “Circuit Simulation on-ramp course“ and “Power System simulation on-ramp course”. They are free of cost and provides interactive interface to learn basic concepts of simulating circuits. Links are provided below:
I hope that it is as per your expectation !
