ubuntu安装matlab找不到文件？

如图，想在coolpi上安装matlab，运行install文件，提示linux-arm-64/install_unix_legacy目录不存在？bin文件夹下确实没有这个目录，是我下载的版本不正确吗？或者是系统不支持安装matlab？ubuntu22.04，aarch64架构
