Please I want help I have homework I made a mistake saving the file

Sorry, the code is gone.

The one remaining hope is that an .asv might have been saved in the same directory as the file.

Hi @Baha Alholi

I did a test and "accidentally" saved the code in mat-file format. If I attempt to open the file normally, it throws an error message.

But if I open the mat-file as text (another option in the "Open" button), I can recover the code. I attached the mat-file below for you to test. Hope it is not too late.

Also tested in MATLAB Online that I can open the mat-file as "Text" and recover the code.
