- The 3-ph AC-DC converter you are using is uncontrolled. Instead of "Diode" you can select "Thyristor" as Power Electronic device parameter to make it a controlled converter in the "Universal bridge" block and implement the controller logic provided in the paper to provide gate signals.
- The negative value of the battery current is used in the controller logic of the DC-DC converter in figure 4 of the paper, which is not considered in your model.
- It seems there are two EVs used in the models mentioned in the research papers to share the charging load between grid and another EV with higher SoC. This can be included in your model.

Hello everyone,
I'm currently grappling with a problem related to a design I've implemented based on a research paper. Despite meticulously following the instructions outlined in the paper, I'm encountering difficulty in driving the charging current to -200 as required.
Specifically, I'm focusing on the G2V (Grid-to-Vehicle) aspect of the design. While attempting to charge the battery from the grid, I'm unable to achieve the desired charging current of -200. Additionally, the DC bus voltage doesn't seem to reach the voltage levels assumed in the papers.
I've attached both the research paper and my design for reference. Any insights or assistance on how to successfully drive the charging current to -200 would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Yaman,
I found the following mismatches between your model and the presented model in the research paper pdf file named "08191243(1).pdf" which could be the possible reason behind the issue.
You can find the following YouTube video useful, which uses Solar PV and Battery connected to the grid.
Hope this helps in resolving the issue.
