Can I create a stand-alone Windows application from my Mac that permits parallel processing?

I have an application on my Mac that requires parallel processing and I would like to compile it to run in a Windows environment on a machine that does not have Matlab installed. Is this possible? If not, what is the best way to port the application to Windows with the code inaccessible?

There is no support for building for a Windows target on a Mac or Linux.

... You could potentially use Parallels.
