I am having trouble using the stereo vision toolboxes through DuoDIC, an open-source MATLAB toolbox.

Hello,
After calibrating my cameras and imaging my test sample's deformation, I was successfully able to go through the calibration process via the Stereo Camera Calibrator App. The following steps of DuoDIC involved me first using Ncorr (another open-source MATLAB toolbox for 2D Digital Image Correlation) to image the sample's deformation in two separate 2D configurations. I was also able to complete that successfully. The third step of DuoDIC involves me transforming the pairs of corresponding image points from the speckle images obtained in step 2 into 3D points and surfaces, using the calibration parameters already computed in step 1.
However, after reconstruction, MATLAB generated this 3D plot which I believe should show the spatial distribution of the tracked surface. But I am not seeing recognizable surfaces, but rather, what seems like to me, artifacts. I thought there was a problem with my deformation imaging, so I imaged a static tube instead and see if the software would recognize its shape. However the problem persists.
Please let me know what you think I should do next to troubleshoot and point me in the right direction! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing the images. Could you also share the stereo camera parameters you obtained from the calibration app?
