Simulink Real Time External Mode Requirements

Are there particular hardware requirements for the host and target pc to run Simulink Real Time in external mode?

Like CPU architecture, Ethernet chipset, windows version, ram.

Hi Diede,

For the Host PC, the system requirements can be found for every MATLAB release here. Note that these are minimal requirements, and that a more powerful Host PC (e.g., with more RAM or a faster CPU) would lead to better performance, especially with respect to instrumentation.

For the target machine, any of the plaforms offered by Speedgoat would work with Simulink Real-Time. To discuss your requirements in greater detail, please reach out to the Speedgoat team.
