Hello,
Am I the only one failing to access Service Request and Bug Report pages from Mathwork Support ?
Certificate Error
There is an issue with the SSL certificate of the server you are trying to contact.
Certificate Name: servicerequest.mathworks.com
IP: xxxxxxx
Category: any
Issuer: DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1
Status: untrusted
Then is there any email address I can use to contact support Team ?
Thanks
Arnaud

I don't see any outages listed on the Application Status page. When I tried connecting via Microsoft Edge I was able to access the service request site, though my experience is likely different than yours just by virtue of the fact that I work for MathWorks.
I would probably first check with your IT department to see if there's a reason the certificate is marked as untrusted. If they can't resolve the problem, I'd suggest finding the phone number for your local office on the Contact Us page to discuss the issue that you're trying to report via the form. Once you've done that please also post here and if you're still having difficulty I'll find the right group to work with you to resolve the issue with accessing the bug reports and service request pages.
