how to set the trellis structure according to the figure?

i'm stuck by the implementation of turbo encoder. As this figure 3.11 showed,it's the structure of a Turbo encoder. it consists of two RSC encoders and Turbo interleaver. I checked the Matlab help for how to establish an encoder using poly2trellis, the website is: https://de.mathworks.com/help/comm/ref/poly2trellis.html
But it showed that, this kind of figure 3-12 can't be established with poly2trellis. I have no idea how to implement it.

Hi Xiaotian,
I understand that you would like to build a non-recursive, non-systematic convolutional encoder. You can do so in Simulink using a Model as demonstrated below.
