If you're trying to use your educational institution's license, you should contact whoever at your educational institution manages its software license (likely the IT department) and ask them for help installing MATLAB using your license on your machine.

If you've purchased MATLAB yourself (perhaps the Student Suite) then you should have received instructions on how to download and install your products via email. If you have not received those instructions I recommend checking your spam folder to see if the email was accidentally caught there.
