Need surf and contourn for semi-analytical solution for 1D ADE

I have the following MATLAB code and additional function uses in the main programm. I would like to modify the main programm (Scriptprincipal1 in zip folder) in order toi surf the concentration of each species versus space and Time. I also want to obtained the contourn plot in Time versus position for these concentrations. Thanks you
