How to get pattern from bwskel

Hi. I have one skeleton image extracted from one binary image with bwskel. I want to have the pattern drawn by this skeleton, but I want it only in straight lines. How can I go from bwskel to that?

Hi Fabio,

The skeletal image (left) is extracted from the binary image as you have mentioned. The reason for the lines not being straight might be in the binary image itself.

Refer the examples from beskel documentation on MATLAB website. This explains the transition from binary image to skeletal image.

The thing is that I extract the binary image from one depth image. That's why the skeleton image is not composed by straight lines.

I am trying another approach since the beggining. Thanks for the answer.
