Instead of requiring users to create a MathWorks Account, is there a way for MathWorks to leverage our company's login framework so that Single-Sign On (SSO) can be used?

Yes, MathWorks supports Single Sign-On (SSO) integrated with Shibboleth through the InCommon Federation and eduGAIN on Campus-Wide licenses.
