Can I use S-Function whose C-file has many function?

I want translate C-file into Simulink model. So, I want to use S-function. But,I think that S-function model made of only one function.
My C-file has many functions,so I don't know how to make S-Function from my C-file.
How I make S-Function from my C-file? or How I translate C-file into Simulink model?
