How would I go about finding the intersection point of two vector lines in the form:
a = b*t + u
c = d*s + v
where a,b and s is a 3x1 matrix?

I assume you really mean that a,b,u,c,d,v are 3x1 and t,s are scalars.
ts=[b,-d]\( v-u );
intersection=b*ts(1)+u
