Is it possible to disable compiling before simulating in Simulink?

Hello,
Is it possible to disable compiling (temporarily) before simulating in Simulink?
So i want to test A real big Model, but everytime i start the "run" simulation button simulink updates the whole model with all referenced models etc. So it takes 3 Minutes to start the simulation of 10 Seconds...is there a possibility to skip this?

Simulink Fast Restart is exactly what you want (assuming you are not making structural changes to your model between simulations).
The button to turn on Fast Restart is on the toolstrip a little to the left of the Run button.
