U-Net for medical image segmentation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have images taken from the angiography device and I segmented coronary arteries from my database using U-Net model.

I would like to know if there are advanced versions of U-Net, such as Attention U-Net , ResU-Net and U-Net++, for MathWorks medical image segmentation.

I would be grateful if you can give me MathWorks links .

U-Net is based Deep Learning Network. You can add some mechanism like Att mechanis for seeing the changing improvement.

Otherwise, you can use network app designer to creat you own layers

Hi!

If you have prior knowledge of neural networks you can use encoderDecoderNetwork function to build the required U-Net structure.

If you have pretrained model of Attention U-Net , ResU-Net and U-Net++ in other framework such as Tensorflow or Pytorch; You can use importTensorFlowNetwork or importNetworkFromPyTorch.
