How do I continue my Onramp course in the MATLAB desktop app if I started in MATLAB Online?

I had started an Onramp course in MATLAB/Simulink Online and halfway through, downloaded the MATLAB desktop application. I would like to know if it is possible to either transfer my progress over to the desktop app and/or continue the course there instead.

It is possible to continue our Online Onramps in the MATLAB Desktop version, however, the courses are tied to a specific MATLAB release. Therefore, if you open the matching release of the MATLAB desktop application, you should see the same progress as online. The progress of the course is tied to a specific release and cannot be transferred between releases.

To see the required MATLAB release for your course, go to "My Courses":

Then, click on the course and select Settings as shown in the screenshot below:

Finally, download the matching release of MATLAB (in this case R2022b) and continue the course there. Note that it is possible to have installations of multiple releases of MATLAB on one computer.
