Difference between using SDR object (with sdrdev) and SDR systems object (with sdrrx and sdrtx)

What is the difference between an SDR or radio object and an SDR or radio systems object?
I got this from the Help Center Setup for Two Radios Connecting to One Host. I thought I would ask this in this forum instead of putting in a service request.

Hi,
In MATLAB, an SDR (Software-Defined Radio) object represents a connection to a specific SDR hardware device. It allows you to configure the device, set up data transmission and reception, and perform other operations specific to that device.
On the other hand, an SDR Systems object represents a system that consists of multiple SDR hardware devices and/or software-defined radios running on a host computer. It allows you to define the overall system parameters, such as the sampling rate and data type, and to coordinate the data transmission and reception between multiple SDR devices.
In the context of the Help Center article you mentioned, the SDR objects are used to connect to the individual SDR devices, while the SDR Systems object is used to coordinate the data transmission and reception between the two SDR devices and the host computer.
To summarize, an SDR object represents a single SDR hardware device, while an SDR Systems object represents a system consisting of multiple SDR hardware devices and/or software-defined radios running on a host computer.

Hey Jack,
I am at a loss for the purpose of sdrdev(). Is it simply to detect the device? When using the function
RadioTx = sdrdev;
it gives two fields, the radio id ('usb:0') and the type of Radio ('Pluto', 'USRB' etc.). Can we use the object RadioTx to interact with the radio id?
Thank you for answering.
