我关联了许可证，但使用不了在线课程

我是参加Signal Processing CUP 2023的成员，但申请到许可证并关联之后，在尝试学习matlab在线课程的时候发现没有权限访问。

Hello,

I would recommend contacting your university to see if they have a licence that you could link to in order to access this course. You can also click into the course through your MathWorks Account, select "view my options" and you have the option to purchase the course individually.

If you are still running into the issue with MATLAB Onramp, please try the steps below:

• Please switch to a different browser, preferably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
• Refresh the browser window. Reopen the course.
• Try signing out and signing back in to MathWorks account.
• Try to clear the browser cache.

If the issue persists, contact the MathWorks Technical Support.

In the meantime, we do offer our Onramp course for free. You can find those by logging into your MathWorks Account, go into your profile, select "my courses" on the left side of the screen, then select "home" at the top left side of the screen, then select the "getting started" tab. Here you can find all Onramp self-paced training courses available for free.
