how to create header file for Thingspeek write to script

I am not a programmer.. But I am using platformIO in VS code to setup an IOT WRITE to Channel: for an ESP23.

I have downloaded the examples for "ESP32 Write multiple to channel". The script calls for "secrets.h" header file, and that file requires changing parameters, for keeping the WAP information out of the script file. How do I save the "secters.h" file as a header file, or save it to my directory and call it in the library in my Platform.ino.
