Simulink PID tuning error

I am trying to tune my PID controller using close auto-tuner, however the output for the gains is 0 and when I try to update PID block it gives me error. What is solution?

Hi Mirna Ali,

I have made some changes to your simulink model, one suggestion is that do not name your slx files as names of standard function, I have added a pulse block which gives input to the start/stop of PID Auto tunner block. I hope this helps.
