lost signal

the signal lost(captured from 49 to 50 seconds only) when i'm running for the real-time system in MATLAB with the time range in between 0 and 50 seconds.where are the other signal? how to solve this problem?

Are you using the Scope block to capture the signal? There is a default "limit data points to last 5000". Un-check that option or increase the number at the "Data History" tab of the property of the Scope block.
