I want to know if it is possible to model a PMSM (permanent magent synchronous motor) in matlab/simulink from data sheet of a real motor using its parameters and its torque-speed and power-speed curves in a way to run the model and get the same result of the real motor if it runs under the same voltage ?

Yes, definitely it is feasible. You can do some regression analysis and then compare with the existing/builtin MATLAB/Simulink model outputs. There are many MATLAB/Simulink models which are shown here and explained.
