Uploading my code, with DataSet on this forum

Hi All

My Question is slight non technical, but on how to use the community fourm.,,

I can see that i can upload a code on here, but how do upload some data on here? Do i simple attach it or is there another process as i would like to display some plots which are dependent on that data.
