How can i fix this code with ploting a function

I want to plot this function, that is,

N(10-N)=16e^0.25t

with interval [0,10]

and i tried:

fplot(@(x) 16*exp.^0.25*x,[0 10],)

in the command section, it says, "Invalid expression. When calling a function or indexing a variable, use parentheses. Otherwise, check for mismatched delimiters."
