I am not able to open simulink

I am not able to open simulink. I tried reseting the path but it didnt work.

1) MATLAB/Simulink version

2) Platform and OS details

3) Reproduction steps ( what is causing the error? On opening of Simulink or Library browser....)

4) Strack trace shown in the screenshot
