Parameters that can be compared in a simulink model.

There is a PEM Electrolyzer model in matlab database. I have used that for a comparative analysis of various rectifier circuits. But the problem is the output is same with respect to current regardless of the rectifier. I am only able to FFT analysis.

What other things I can find to compare in this simulink model for my project?

Besides the FFT analysis, the most common things you would look at is efficiency. You could also explicity look at power factor since it's hard to see that visually from the FFT analysis. If any of the rectifiers are active, you could aslo analyze their closed loop performance metrics.
